We wanted to share some news with you. Friday, we had our day in court regarding the Calderdale Local Plan. Mr Justice Fordham presided over the legal challenge in the High Court at Leeds. We’re so grateful for all the support and dedicated work that got us to this point.
The session was intense, but we appreciate the court’s thorough consideration. While we wait for the verdict, we remain committed to ensuring the best outcome for our community. We want a sustainable, deliverable, and properly evidenced plan that benefits everyone in our borough.
We have complete faith in the legal process and will continue to provide updates as things progress.
