The Clifton Village Neighbourhood Forum today (24 May 2021) instructed solicitors to write to the Planning Inspector calling for the examination into Calderdale’s Local Plan to be halted and the current local plan withdrawn. The letter, setting out previous concerns and issues around recent evidence, also includes an independent review of Calderdale’s Air Quality Assessment.
