Seventy-five people braved one of the hottest nights of the year for the joint Clifton Village Community Association  (CVCA) and Clifton Village Neighbourhood Forum (CVNF) meeting.

Held in the air-conditioned comfort of the Holiday Inn, CVCA Vice-Chair Allison Rushton spoke about some of the recent work undertaken in the village; after an update on Calderdale’s local plan, the CVNF provided an update on the work towards the neighbourhood plan.

All three local Councillors attended the meeting, with Cllr Blagbrough providing a short update on their work and the implications for the call-in of the main modifications consultation.
